Founder Sam Lee brings over 20 years of experience in project delivery, systems and customer service. That background shapes everything we do: how we plan, how we prepare, how we communicate and how we hand a project over.
We're deliberately small. Every quote, every install and every aftercare conversation runs through Sam — so the floor you're shown on day one is the floor you walk on at handover.
